We went there for my son's birthday. We've ordered home delivery many times and that was always great. The decor at this location is awesome, the music was great and the food was fantastic. Our waiter did a great job! My son loved their fish tank and we all enjoyed appetizers, salads and PIZZA!

Amazing restaurant. I had heard about this place before and I was shocked at how good the wings were! They might be some of the best wings I’ve ever had. The pizza was also very good and we had other appetizers as well. Not too expensive & the service was good. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Went in today, Sunday at 11:30. We went in for a small gathering of students after a dance competition. The restaurant was empty and they wouldn’t let us sit together for fear the restaurant would get packed. We tried to request a bigger section, but the gentleman on staff was not accommodating. I would suggest picking up your food and not dining in.

A bit disappointing. Ordered a 12 piece of chicken strips hot and they brought out a 5 and a half piece (yes, it was just a small nub) without any sauce or seasoning. The pizza was average and for the price I'd rather just get a cheap one someplace else. The ambiance was great, however. Colorful pizza place atmosphere.

Been ordering Paisans for a long time. Today, I ordered for delivery. Told them I had a coupon for $10 off a order over $40. They said to present it to the driver upon arrival. After I heard the delivery would be 1 1/2 hour for a delivery, I decided to go get the pizza. When I arrived to Paisans, they asked me for the coupon, which I totally forgot to bring with me. I told my wife to send me a picture of the coupon, but the guy at the counter told me he needed the actual coupon. They went ahead and recharged my card for the coupon that I didn’t have. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here and they can’t let that coupon slide. Never again am I ordering from here again.

We hit the lights early at Brookfield Zoo and decided on them since they were nearby. I'm really glad we did. Food was amazing, rich and full of taste, not bland and boring. . We ended up with the pepperoni pizza, the baked ziti w marinara sauce, chicken parm sandwich, chicken Alfredo, and drinks of course. Walked in and seated right away with food on the table in a timely manner. 👌

Great service overall will definitely be coming here more often. There deep dish is worth trying. There was a draft on one of the windows and the manager came over to close it himself after an employee could close it. Service like these is hard to find.
